So how is Snowy Escape going to work without Seasons?

Hey guys, So in the past whenever we got Seasons or vacations we also got the winter activities to go with that. Now the pack has been split up (which honestly I don't know what I think of this...) ...

How does Sulani works without seasons? I'm asking cause i never played it without seasons and i think snowy escapes will work the same way... i mean, are there monsoons (is that the word in english ?) in Sulani without seasons?
