So, How Much Is My Teen B-Lister Worth?
A while back, I brought a query to the boards, hoping for a mod that would separate my 'working' teen's money from the household funds. It was suggested I try using the vault. So, I decided to do just that. I am amazed. Prior to using the vault, I had made a couple of tables (forms) to keep track of his income. My teen is a singer. With the help of the RTF mod, he can now perform concerts at a pittance of 10,000 a concert. He's also done well with sponsoring Brands, promoting Songs and digitized books, too, using his Simstagram. In order for him to garner those oh-so-important fame points, he often uses his drone to stream while he 'plays for tips'. So, the tip money adds up quickly. Even when he's just singing, Sims are inclined to throw 20 Simoleon tips at him. He's not too proud to accept any and all donations to his cause. ;)
The last two Sim Days have been quite profitable for my singer. I just had him add Thursdays' total to the vault, which came to 28, 276, which also includes royalties for both songs written and the ones he's recorded.
The grand total of this teen Sims' worth? Brace yourself. The lad who is closing in on 18 (his birthday is coming, and he'll morph into an Adult) and he's now worth: §293,827 Simoleons.
Not bad for a kid who quit school, eh? (He had straight A's cut him some slack.)
