I've said in the other thread, but I wonder if it's more general than interior design. That might be the new career, but the 'requests' in the post also point to creative hobbies, like fashion or painting. It might be a hobbies pack, but with a bit of focus on the new career for now just because that's easier to describe in previews.
That said, they might go really hard on buildings. People have been talking about a new trait slot coming up - maybe it's a preference for what kind of home you want to live in? And if you buy the wrong one, or your interior designer gets your commission wrong, you end up really miserable living in a place you don't like.

At the same time, focusing on buildings and interior design makes sense, especially if they introduce a new trait system. A preference trait for the type of home or interior style would add an extra layer of realism. Imagine how immersive it would be to see consequences if your Interior Designers in Dubai mess up your dream design! It could lead to all kinds of fun storytelling opportunities.
