Ok..... since it’s February, i’m Guessing we will get some kind of romance pack and combo vacation, either beach or alpine. I’m guessing for the sims anniversary we will get cars. Though it wouldn’t bother me at all if we get Witches and Magic!
If they do a romance pack I really hope they would add in the chemistry system like that of sims 2, where sims can scope the room for a hot sim and have chemistry symbols like the little lightening strikes under the relationship bar, and also add back in turn ons are turn offs!! That would be a great one!!!- What I want:
Witches GP with cauldrons, spells, potions, flying brooms, witches with pointy hats and long beards in CAS so I can finally make my dad (No CC beard nor any beard in any pack so far has been long enough), rituals and a lot of new deco items like effigies, crystal balls, grimoires, chicken feet, distillation equipment, and runes as wall decor or rugs....
What I'd like:
New stairs, chemistry system, playing tag and hide and seek for children, body hair, burglars, firefighters, police NPCs, off the grid gameplay.
What I'm indifferent about:
Cars, swimmable oceans, beach vacation, farming, university, anything modern or futuristic.
What I'd dislike:
No-more-occults-announcement, Sims 5, February being another dead month.
What I think will happen:
Either February as another dead month or 1001 nights stuff pack with turbans, hijab, a bunch of Arabian and Persian clothing, hairstyles and decor or some anniversary stuff patched in with some bugfixes. "Armilus616;c-16922761" wrote:

I think were getting something in the update for the 19th birthday of the sims.- Last birthday update was like a shirt, curly hair, and some skin tones. So I feel like they will toss us something in CAS.
Most likely hair (always welcome) and/or a clothing item, be neat if it was a party hat to celebrate. "catloverplayer;c-16922770" wrote:

The birthday content with Bugfixes and the Stuff pack don't rule each other out.
But I wouldn't rule the dead month out so quickly. Our second and third dead month on Sims 4 were in 2018 right after each other, and this January was our fourth one. Dead months are getting more common and I wouldn't expect that to change too soon. It's very much possible we'll have more dead months than anything else before long, and waiting 2-3 months for the next patch will become normal.
They have also missed great marketing opportunities before.
The 1001 nights stuff pack was a random guess with no evidence behind, but it is what I think is the most likely pick for what pack comes next."Armilus616;c-16922928" wrote:

I'm getting tired of the dead months of no content. Atleast consoles are getting Get Famous February 12th.- ShayminPlays7 years agoSeasoned Ace

I think it's time to get used to it.
Kate made it clear in the past that some months/quarters will not have ANY content released.
Besides that; it also seems that the ''monthly patches'' have stopped all of the sudden. Seems to be a new trend developing.
And the ''Giving you new ways to play EVERY MONTH'' speech is also long gone.
Honestly I wouldn't mind if Stuff Packs return. In general I liked them (exceptions here and there). I am totally fine with there being less SP's and more substantial packs, but to get rid of SP's all together is a bit extreme imo.
I see stuffpacks as nice packs to fill in the gaps between bigger releases and to fill in gaps in styles and some gameplay content we are still missing.
What annoys me the most is that with every pack they release, a whole new box of bugs opens and that it takes literally months and months to even get a fix. (I am looking at you, stinky leaf piles...). And with patches now becoming less regular, we have to sit and wait for annoying bugs to be fixed even longer.. "rudy8292;c-16923338" wrote:

I would still love to see a Pool Stuffpack coming out. Overall though I'd love to see just 2 stuffpacks a year,2 gamepacks and 2 expansions."rudy8292;c-16923338" wrote:

I think it's a bit early to determine that the monthly patch is dead. There was no patch in September, and October was cancelled because the terrain tools weren't ready, but otherwise, every month had a patch in 2018. Kate warned us that they were going to 'go dark' for a bit back in December - whatever is coming isn't close enough to talk about yet. (That's why I think our next pack of any kind will be March, at least.)"invisiblgirl;c-16923754" wrote:

Normally we get a pack in January.
