So many colors for solid color wall paint, but no black?

Seriously, the basic paint wall pattern has several entries with nearly all the colors one would want, except black. How does one build a decent home for a Stormtrooper without that? HM?! Seriously...

The black looking blue is actually an art style choice in a lot of cartoons and anime, which the sims 4 had a cartoony art style. Whether you like it is all subjective, But I would like a true black hair color.
