Nice display! There's also a round tray for tea serving, but yes, the drinks are the same just the design a bit different. Anyway, I use some of these quite often, and I should definitely be more aware of using those I did not use that much yet. Although I might miss a few stuff packs, I think I have the majority of those trays.
I didn't include the round tray because it offers the same drink as the square one. But it would fit in the list.
The trays are nicely distributed across pack types. We got trays in an EP, GP, SP and even a kit. And now a base game.
