I mean WHY would there be horses CAS as an uncommon kind of pet but not a common pet rabbit CAS, when you cannot use horses as traveling tool running around open world? :'( There are variable breeds ...

I agree with you OP, rabbits would seen to suit TS4 more than a useless horse.
But they can add a world with this EP, with a 64*64 lot which can be a park for horse and animals in general.
Plus they can add a neighborhood with no road like the island of Windenburg where horses could run as much as they want :)
