A dude ranch - The main feature would be horses and it could come with a small Montana type world. New skills could include horseback riding and rope tricks.
A renascence fair - Located in a small European town made to look and function like it's set back during the renascence. New skills could include blacksmithing and archery.
I could see both of these being destination worlds.
I love both of these... even if i have no desire to play sims medival, the second one sounds pretty funny as well... the first i love...
