So, take this with a (big) grain of salt, but I just saw this floating around on social media:

It made me realize that the toddler with the green bear in her hand is also in the six-month roadmap render that is mentioned often here. Now, the adult version of this toddler has a red rose in her mouth (left picture).
Could it be that they chose her for a reason and this is actually a fun hidden hint towards a Romance pack? (along with the paris 'leak') The protesting Sims on the roadmap looked like they were a direct Eco Lifestyle-reference, so it could be something. I would love it if they hid that in there.
