Social services took my little man

My child was taken away 5 minutes into loading into the household. Social services said I neglected him but when I reloaded the family after NOT saving. There was no visible reason I feel my child should have been taken. He wasn't starving and the relationship bar with his family was pretty good. He has 3 older siblings and I gave his older brother a makeover in CAS. I feel he was jealous and called CPS himself, so I gave him a makeover too when I reloaded him from the save. I had to redo the older brother makeover all over again because I didn't save.
I have a question though. This was the first time I had a child taken from me for neglect and I want to know is there a way to get the child back through gameplay. I would hope so. I could not continue playing this family with my red-headed child gone. lol 😂
