I'm not sure if it is the same issue that I encountered. I try to play TS offline (like I always do), but once logged in to Origin, and the game loading, all my packs went missing. I exited, then logged in again (online), then the packs are there. So, I'm not sure, if it relates to the same issue with the Origin. But, the Origin seems a bit buggy today...
