Lilith in my game is living a very happy life...
With none other than Bella Goth, who was turned into a vampire by one of my older Sims long ago..., and was unfortunately widowed twice, and never really managed to get into the whole vampire thing, which wasn't at all what she wanted... it was only when she met Lilith that she finally realized that it MAY not be all that bad to have an eternity to spend, as long as that eternity is spent with the right person. <3
After brother Caleb's death at one of my other Sims' hands (yeah, my Sims are meanies ), Lilith spent all her time trying to get him the revenge he deserves, trying all the while to drown her sorrow in her vengeance so that she wouldn't have to acknowledge just how lost she felt. Then she met Bella, and she was finally given another, much happier purpose in life.

Spoiler
Bella struggled to form a response. “I'm so sorry...” she started.
“Don't be.” Lilith's voice was strong. It betrayed no emotion whatsoever. “It happened. I can't turn it back. It is no use to keep grieving for him. It's not like he'd get anything out of that. But what I can do... is to continue the legacy he lived, and that's what I'm focused on. Just like the other people I lost... it's no use grieving for them, when they'll remain gone at any rate. The only thing we can—and have to—do, is to make sure their legacies carry on... just where we can. Where it's in our power to do so. In my case, it is. I believe my brother will live on—he'll just have to live on through me.”
“I mean...” Lilith forced her lips into a smile. “In the end that's all we can do, isn't it?”
It felt good, to say those words. Even though she had always fervently believed in them, she had found herself succumbing to the uselessness of grief in these past few months anyway. But now that she had spoken them again—and had someone to speak them to—Lilith promptly felt better than she had in... well, she honestly had lost count of the days.
Bella had been silent for a while—Lilith hoped she hadn't scared her off with her words—when finally, she stood up. Plucked a single rose from one of the bushes nearby, and gave it to Lilith; who accepted it, surprise written on her face.
“I've been meaning to thank you,” Bella started. “I'm gonna be honest: these past years, I came pretty close to giving up on myself. But you made me see that I can still be someone to be proud of, even as a vampire. That I can still be myself. That I can still have things to believe in, even without the people that used to be around me—that I had to lose. And...” she struggled to speak past her shyness. “...You sure have shown me that there are some great vampires in the world, too, just like there are bad ones... and that by your side, I might become one of the great ones.”
Lilith tried to remain cool-headed, but inside she was a big, fluttering mess. “You already are,” is what she ultimately managed to come with, cracking a smile.
Gave her a rose in return. “If I get a rose, you do too. Because you did the same for me—making me feel better, I mean. And I'm just as thankful as you are. And... and you're definitely one of the great ones too. I mean, you're Bella freakin' Goth. How could anyone—let alone me—ever compare to you?”
“You don't...” Bella started, having regained her confidence through Lilith's words. “...You're much, much better than me.”
“Oh, I don't know about that...” Lilith started.
“I do,” Bella smiled.
