I agree on everything you point out; especially the treats, I make sure to stay fully stocked. It makes a huge difference in profits. I have had a hard time getting my rating up too. I can get 4 stars most of the time with my sim, but my employees only get 3 most of the time so it's kind of holding the clinic back. I don't know how to increase that. This is the first business where I have been able to make huge profits without getting bored with it. So far, so good!
