I also wonder if filth is saved when you save a lot to your library? If not, you can save the lot, then bulldoze the current one and replace it with the one from your library.
I have a bit of CC in the house, but I also downloaded it from the Gallery. I can't remember if they started smelling the stink soon after I downloaded it or not.

Everyone's inventory is clear. No spoiled food, no dirty dishes, no trash. Nothing. I just don't want to do anything drastic since they run a farm and a small market that sales the produce. I don't want to lose all that farming work.
