Yeah, well, you could get Store stuff for free without having rich friends. Store stuff is downloaded after purchasing. After that, it’s a file. Files can be shared.

Yes, but rarely. Usually the big holiday sales, I think. Black Friday/Cyber Monday or whatever. The other packs go on sale quite a bit more often.
