Though afterall @TheGoodOldGamer is probably right that a remaster wouldn't be a that bad idea. New game, different engine (that is stable unlike TS3) but still could handle things past game attractions so that doesn't make Developers keep on using the "engine too plump, can't do this whoops lolololollol #BlameSteve" excuse. If the engine can't handle half of the stuff that you anticipating in blatantly knowing what additions simmers would like to return, the studio shouldn't haven't chosen such engine to start with. Though I'm not sure what advice I could give to and the side of the argument "think about the toasters (low-end computers)" is a strong one to counter for me so that wins.
