I do still miss a lot of core features in TS4. For me personally, those are horses, better babies and generation gameplay in general as well as improving romance. At the pace they are adding new gameplay features, we'll need some more years to have a chance to get those. And these are only my personal favourites, while others might be waiting for werewolfes, fairies or bands.
