Sooo Why cant unplayed sims make their own decisions (Marry,Children and Dating)

Im having this problem, So in my game I have 2 or 3 familys that I play but all the other familys are dying out... Is this just my game, can anybody tell me if maybe its my settings? I just want the s...

@roula10642 I am really hoping for it... but have found a challenge to do that I didn't need it for. Take a look at the Room Challenge I truly enjoyed it.
