Spa Day + Get To Work = Own a Wellness Center?

With Spa Day and Get To Work, would I be able to create my own Wellness Center to run and manage as a career? Either a gym, or a yoga studio, or a massage center, or a store of just yoga clothing, or ...

It would be cool. But when one of my sims greeted one of the Spa workers the information regarding the new acquaintance said their career was "unknown" or sth. So... I guess, no.
