Spa day, almost impossible to give sims massage

So I've played a new challenge where I'm trying to make money out of spa day ( give massage etc ) but it's almost impossible to do the tasks I'm trying to do. Is this just bugged? The aspiration is al...

Can’t help a lot as I abandoned the aspiration as I found I too found it frustrating. But I found it easiest to tend the meditation stools. As there is no and NPC worker assigned to them.
