The reason why I want vampires is that I want to be able to play with vampires in some saves, but not in every save. That's why I'd like to have some sort of on/off toggle to have the game not spawn vampires, or not spawn vampires if you delete the premade vampires. Not sure if MCCC has anything that prevents vampire spawning -- there is a feature where you can humanize all vampires, and I might go ahead and use that (the only one that's really annoying is Vlad, and he's already enemies with my Sim).
