Spa day: How to offer a massage on community lot?

I have a couple sims that will be masseurs. It's not a real career, but I'm good at pretending :) This sim is into Wellness, and do some yoga and meditation, to stay in the loop, and offers massage...

You should try to build a small gazebo at the park, the NPC will not use it and your sim can do his job ;) This gazebo is for two tables, and is not huge; it can be smaller for one table and you can make it match the deco of your park:
