Well SD has an entire designated lot type which I don’t think BN has.
Spa Day also isn’t just based around the one hero object. As far as I remember, BN only has the bowling lanes. With SD, you get the massage table, the yoga mat, the meditation stool. It’s like different ways to interact with the whole concept of Wellness. Then the soaks in the tub, the incense which add a little more. You can have a sim who practices just yoga and still interacts with Wellness, or they can just get massages, or they can just do the soaks, etc. With BN, if you’re not interacting with the bowling lanes, you cannot interact with the concept of Bowling.
Admittedly, I can’t remember everything that comes in BN, but I don’t think it has that many outlets for activity involving bowling in a way that is comparable to how SD presents activities and objects for Wellness.
