Sparkly floor

My sims bedroom floor was sparkling and I couldn't figure out why. She had two frogs in the room one of which was a sunsurfer which I know is rare so I don't know if it had anything to do with that. When I played the next day the sparkling had gone. Has anyone else come across this in there game yet?
