Special Gift
A sim came to my sim's door and a notification came up that they have a "special gift for you . . . want to see what it is?" Does anyone know how to find out what it is/get this from the sim?

When I got it I just kept talking to the sim and she gave me a present it was just some seeds but I think they can give other stuff.
