I've had Dine Out for two years, and I've had nothing but trouble. It takes forever to get a seat, order, and eat. There are a ton of bugs.
Recently started playing with aging on, and I planned the birthday party for two of my Sims, which just so happened to be on the same day. When the kid had aged from toddler to child, I held the party at home, and nothing went wrong. Yet, when the mother aged into an adult and the kid aged into a teen, I planned it at a restaurant, and I could not get anything to work.
Thankfully, I saved the day before the party, figuring that I'd run into trouble. I exited out, and then replanned the party to be held at home.
It needs a massive refresh, as does Get to Work.
