To some extent, Get to Work could use a Refresh overall, but I'd love it if Aliens got some love. Maybe they can do a Space/future Pack that will offer an Extended Sixam. Not as DLC for DLC, but a different part of Sixam than you get with Get to Work, which is unpopulated unless you have Get to Work... or maybe both packs add Aliens to the game, so you have multiple ways to get them. I realize that won't be popular either (because I think I can say that the majority of Simmers have Get to Work) but they'll need some reason to budget in Alien upgrades.
That would be awesome! I'd love some connecting space worlds! And this may be an unpopular opinion, but I feel they should connect to Batuu as well. Maybe they can patch in so that Aliens (and other Occults) keep their powers and appearances in Batuu. Then we could actually have some semblance of Force powers. In my Sim head canon, Batuu is just one of many planets that Aliens can traverse.
I know this is overly ambitious thinking, but maybe one day we can have a Sim galaxy with space and time travel. I mean, the rocket ship came in base game so...LiELF DaWaterRat That would be so fun! Hey, the made it so the "Star Seed Teleporter" in the fairy pack that would transport to Sixam! I would have a lot more interest in playing with aliens if they had more integration like that! I agree, it would be fun if Sixam, or maybe a town/world within it, could be built in and transporting could be done between in a way that was easy, fun and made sense, etc. I love your ideas!
