Well kits are already sorta like the store (only without gameplay objects and worlds), only cheaper.
I personally liked the TS3 store because I could buy individual items if I didn't want the entire set. I liked the pick and choose option because let me tell you, for me personally there are a LOT of things in kits that I will never, ever use but I got that kit because there were "a few" things I would use.
Kits help me to have less CC.
