I was also bummed when I first learned that Fairies don't like Spellcasters (why???)
I don't have the pack yet, but I figured I would work around the issue by having my Spellcaster Sim, who completed the Friend Of The World aspiration, brew a Forced Friendship potion and give it to a Fairy Sim.
The only other concern I have is if the friendship will be maintained between the two Occults. For example, when a friend of a Vampire Sim sees them feeding on other Sims the friendship bar drops. Will the same happen when a Fairy sees a Spellcaster do magic?
