I think the Blue Sailboat, Purple Palm tree and Orange Flying Bird(?) are neighborhood markers.
Oh, I think you're right. In that screenshot above, the sailboat looked like it had the same color as the other lot markers
Although I still think the ocean features are still exclusive to Sulani. Well, at least they did a great job with it
