Like I said before, if that was really the case then the employees wouldn’t have let them film since you can clearly see them in the footage.
Photos and videos aren't allowed. The employees just did not stop them. But I believe that's why they walked over to them, because the dad recording caught their attention. I don't think they had the heart to stop them, since it was a little girl playing the game. Maybe also didn't want to make a scene, since the dad may have been livestreaming.
