Spooky Day?

Hey, everyone. I'm a mite confused. I had thought that there would be two Fall holidays, one to represent Thanksgiving and the other Halloween. (I'd use their proper names, but for some reason I can't for the life of me think of what they are.) However, while the Harvest Day (I really don't think that's the right name) is showing up, there's no Spooky Day. I just bought the Spooky Stuff pack, but there's still nothing. I had thought, perhaps erroneously, that Spooky Day would appear even without that stuff pack, just perhaps with less, well, stuff. But now that I do have that SP, there's still nothing. Is this a holiday I have to create myself? Sorry if I'm being dense - it's still fairly early in the morning. ;)
