I'm thinking it's about ghosts because the little ghost icon + it's near Halloween - I don't think it'd be a Spooky Stuff refresh, just because they don't talk about DLC on the live-streams, but.. maybe these are the exception because it's not new DLC? It would be interesting if they updated ghosts, making them something you can create in CAS, as well as updating them to be more 'spooky'.
