There are three items that are definitely the same: the decorative pumpkins, pumpkin light and tombstones. I don't know what the fourth item is that people talk about.

Probably because it makes those who paid for the objects in Spooky Stuff feel cheated and like they wasted their money. Maybe if they changed them a little bit, but they are identical.

Exactly, saw that yesterday and it is really annoying to me since I paid for the SS pack and now because I have it I won't get new Halloween themed stuff but exact copies of what I already have. I mean I get they are pumpkins but they could've changed them even a bit and gave those different swatches, changed how the tombstones look and so forth.

But you are getting new Halloween stuff, even if you already have Spooky Stuff. In the trailer there are 4 decorative elements from SS, and a good few brand new elements in Halloween theme as well.

I meant in place of those 4 objects. I feel the least they could've done was change them and give them different swatches.

I just rewatched both trailers and the tombstones seem to be a recolour, although it's very close to the original. For the decorative pumpkins all shown faces are actually new. The pumpkin light has a red pot which is new. The holiday trailer (2:12) shows all items pretty well if you want to compare yourself.
