I got B&H finally. Was waiting for 50% off since I probably won't actually use the businesses much except for tattooing. Now I'm considering Adventure Awaits because I don't think I want to get it from the Marketplace. I really hated the Sims 3 store and fake currency, so I may bow out of anymore purchasing when the Market hits.
EP/GP/SP are still going to be on Steam/EA App apparently, it is just Kits going to be Marketplace Exclusive with the new Maker Stuff after March 17th (or whatever).
On the subject of AA, I love the butterflies/entomology (it has some cross pack with OR/ECO/S). And I love the Critter Hunter Trait (Flutter Kiss, Flutter Eyes and Cocoon Hug), super girly and feminine but pet peeve, if you want this for a female Sim she will be the dominant for hand/arm positions (I personally think they should reverse the hand/arm placements, which I talk about in my more CAS selection post, as I don't know many male Sims would want pink and butterfly interactions).
The custom venues (but I use in as non-getaway) seem like more organized compared to most venues, that just seem like chaos. I really like the roles/schedule but most leave it open as free time. And work with Holding Court from R&L without issues. But there is a bug where the game still thinks you are on a getaway for being in a custom venue (getting buffs/sentiments for getaways). And certain lot traits don't seem to work with custom venues. And some activities have been reported to no work or not have an option too.
Bowfishing (through archery) I think works great if you want an adventurous/brave Archer/Swordman Sim.
