Stages for Stair Landings Possible?

Could the tech be used? Probably. Will they ever do it? Who knows. They’ve kept new stair types on the back burner for a long time now. That pic makes me think that if they were to do stair landings or split level stairs, they might come as one big object. Like L-shape stairs would be one object you place on a lot instead of putting down a foundation or stage and connecting the levels with individual stairs. This would really limit the styles of stairs used for each object and the different orientations you would be allowed to use..but since most features in TS4 have compromised functionality and versatility, it doesn’t sound that far fetched that they might do it this way.

The other problem they could be having is how to make split level and spiral stairs behave with the new terrain tools and height differences. Maybe that’s whats making things take so long.
