I had this in one of my earlier games of my ancestors. I actually thought it was cute. First off, the young couple were only teens, so it made sense that the parents would 'keep an eye on them'. Sometimes, it was her father, sometimes it was his mother. Sometimes both of their respective parents would be there. LOL We're talking 18th century morals, here. No dating without a chaperon. And NO patty-fingers! (This from down South were part of the courtship included 'bundling'.) :open_mouth:
