More than anything, since it's something that the developers never done before, I'm more intrigued to learn what kind of "crazy" idea that they're going to show it to us.

Though, it's understandable that some Simmers prefer realism, but we should embrace realism & fantasy. Just my 2 cents. ;)

I LOVE sci-fi and fantasy stuff in game! I’ve been wanting an overhaul for aliens (and ghosts!) for ages.

I think my mental block literally just comes from Star Wars being a specific universe that takes place in a specific time. A galaxy far far away is easily solved (we already visit Sixam), but I think I’d need to adjust my thinking to mesh with “a long time ago”, lol. It’s not actually that big of a deal.

I’m also not a major Star Wars nerd, but I have dated them, so I might know too much about the universe through osmosis, and it feels like a lot to try to capture in a game pack if we’re actually meant to be taking our sims to Black Spire Outpost or whatever.

But honestly even if they don’t capture Star Wars very well and the in-universe justification is weak, some fun new sci-fi gameplay would be nice, and I LOVE the Star Wars aesthetic, which we could totally use more of in-game, so I’m open to the idea.
