If it's Star Wars, it will probably be based on Batuu from Galaxy's Edge at Disney. It won't be all worlds.
And I think you're applying "has been done" too broadly if just having Star Wars stuff in the game disqualifies it. While I know they've done stuff packs in collaboration with major brands, I don't think they've done anything bigger, and Batuu would be bigger.
