Starlight Blvd.
I have been trying to get my sim to walk on Starlight Blvd but for some reason they aren't able to go there. Is there some reason why or what can I be doing wrong?

The same thing is happening to me. My sim has no stars, she has the celebrity aspiration, and her whim says to "Walk Starlight Boulevard to see the celebrity tiles." I've found the tiles on the boulevard and had her view them, but it still doesn't complete the whim. What am I missing?
