No Host for Starlight Accolades

I have been struggling for the past two days to figure out just why the Host for the Starlight Accolades Show isn't there. Can't have an Award Show without a Host. So far, removing the mod I though might be the cause has turned out not to be the culprit. This is frustrating. I have a Global Superstar, Rock Star. He's been nominated for Best Song and now has no way to see if he won.

This is an old problem. Having a viable updated version of Carl's Dine Out Reloaded mod, seemed to fix the missing Host thing. I've had to remove it from my game, as it needs updating for L & D.  I'm troubled that old problems keep cropping up again, sometimes long after they've been fixed. I will remove the entire Mods folder and try one more time. But just know, I am not a Happy Camper at the moment. Thank you.
