I would love to be able to start a new game with all worlds completely empty, I like to build my own neighborhoods meaning creating all lots and the sims living there myself. And it is incredibly ted...

That's a pretty good idea. Even if there was a way to bulldoze all of the current neighbourhood lots in one go, that would be helpful. We could plop down starter houses as we liked, or do a bit more detailed builds in higher value lots.
