Starting A New Game Should Give Players An Option To Choose A Household Or Enter CAS

I've just started a new game to check this out.

Granted it starts in CAS and wants to make a Sim with a story but all you have to do is to say "no thanks" and you can replace the Sim in CAS with your own Sim or a Sims family from your Gallery. I have 50 plus Sim families which I use over and over again so no problem for me. It's useful if you want to add to their wardrobes too that way after a new pack.

I just stick them on an empty lot, give them some money and off we go.
