Will personal items like unique paintings and photos also be stolen? I suppose if someone steals a table the photo on it will go to the household inventory?
Not sure. I do know that when my kitchen cabinets were stolen everything that was sitting on top of them went too. And no, it didn't end up in my sims' inventory. I have had tables with lamps stolen, the chess table complete with the chairs, paintings, potted plants, etc. And sinks. So many sinks. It is not cute.
Most of my homes have historical paintings of ancestors, spanning several generations. If they get stolen so much of my game play will go, too. I'm surprised if EA thinks everybody just pop in to play a bit ere and a bit there and start a new save every other week. My save is from the basegame release. So, I guess the only way is to toggle off Neighborhood Activity Plans then. With nearly all worlds it's just too much trouble keeping track on each hood's plan constantly. Wish we could select what Plans we want in that list. Know we can add, but that requires keeping an eye on everything in 31? hoods... constantly.
