Stepfather/super sibling
I created a family in CAS and the stepfather has a relationship of super siblings with his stepson. Is this a thing now?

Sounds like a Parenthood thing.
It is, it's the relationship two siblings that have a high relationship get after growing up.
I assume it's a bug. I made a family with three adult kids recently and the dad only became biological dad to the two youngest and a step-dad two the oldest. Luckily, it was in an order that could be incorporated to the story (the mom now had a boyfriend that left her when he discovered she was pregnant), but still.
