Still no leaf fix?

Let me know if it works. I haven't had any issues with leaf piles in my game since using it. I spotted a townie playing in a leaf pile that became stinky next to my sim's house, and then a few hours later I looked at the same spot and it had been cleaned.

What happens if it gets cleaned while a sim is playing in it? Imagine the look of surprise on the sim's face.

We will have to just keep waiting, but I am sure it will be fixed soon. Too many complaints not to!

Honestly, I don't even think it's technically a bug. I think it's just something they didn't think about hard enough. I have no idea why or how they could actually let something like this slide, however. It just seems ridiculous.

They should just make it where the leaf piles automatically disappear when fall ends. That would be very helpful.

I don't understand why the piles don't just despawn at the end of fall. :o

I didn't really like the sound of other mods I found for it, such as one that just makes leaf piles fresh forever, or that still requires manual clicking to remove piles.

If that interests anyone I could make it available for download, but I haven't really shared a mod before so I have no idea if it would work for other people. I only know that it works for me.

Thank you! I'm trying it out right now. One of my sims has this stinky pile right next to their home that is always tanking the environment score whenever people are trying to work in or enjoy the garden.

((Edited to add it is still in a public area even though it is near their home.))

The problem with the leaf piles is that although my sim burns them and puts away the ashes, new ones pops up during the night - they never stop coming again! I'm getting crazyyyy! :`(

My first encounter with the stinky leaf piles was when my main family was still in Willow Creek. Tried burning the infernal piles and nothing happened. I gave up and got a mod that basically destroys leaf piles when you click on them. I actually don't mind the leaf pile hunt, as it's quite fun in my view. What I do mind about however, is the sim that keeps raking leaves outside the lots into piles. You never see them, but I know they're there. When I find them...I'll feed them to the sharks. Besides, there's several bins in the Furystrykar Household's current area in Windenburg...
