Hi. It's been a few days, and I still haven't settled on which direction to take my story. I've done more work on the original update, but despite numerous edits, I'm uncertain I like the direction...

Are you kidding me? I got the anniversary patch and noting more, to my knowledge. Wow. At any rate, the game is acting wonky, and I have a nice gaming notebook. Lots of space, power, etc. In fact, the last patch I downloaded didn't take any time at all! Zipped right through. But thanks for the info. I'll check the list.
None of the mods I used are listed as broken. Must be the cc. Oh, well. My plan for today is to upload my families to My Library in case the game goes wonkie on me yet again. I would love to have both games in one saves folder. For a short time I had the mods/cc I needed for the second game in with what I need for Erik's save. Then the patch hit, (which I mistakenly believed was the anniversary patch, only). The game certainly hasn't been the same since.

Thank you. I feel gratified you always have my back. I did discover as I was slowly rearranging my mods folder, that lo, and behold, there was a newer updated Road to Fame mod. I put that in immediately. I also took the two families in my barely started second save and placed them into my library, along with those two ranches (farms) I painstakingly built there, too. All the mods are back in one folder for ease of switching saves. I do worry that RTF is interfering a bit with the cuddle in bed interaction. But got my game to run. Only once did I get the blank white screen of confusion. LOL I pulled something and it's fine again.
I did have to repair the game, as that bug was back keeping Erik and Kayleigh from enjoying their relationship . . . I'll find out today, if it worked. Oi. Knit one, pearl two, drop several stiches and so we go . . . welcome to the world of EA. I will look over those notes, so thank you for that.
I do indeed have an updated game. So glad the worst, I hope, is over. Thanks again. You're the best.
