Stop Hot/Cold Outfits From Automatically Changing
Is there a way to stop played sims from changing their clothes automatically when they travel or walk outside? I would like to decide when my sim changes their outfits.

You probably have to go the mod route. I do not really know of an option, though if you figure out a vanilla solution I would love to hear it. Though, I think they do it so Sims will not drop like flies in summer and winter. However, it definitely makes laundry an uphill battle.
