Stop making food when another sim is cooking!!!!!

Is there a mod out there that stops sims from taking it upon themselves to make food when another sim is cooking? This really gets on my nerves and it's a waste of money. I mean, if they are so smart,...

That's besides the point. And it's not just breakfast. lol It's will all meals. If one sim is cooking the others should recognize that and not try to take things from the fridge, or go off and cook more food. And the first thing a sim shouldn't do in the morning is grab cake for breakfast. :D
