@3Rosez You've already established that her house is haunted, right? Though I suspect you've just been using the Paranormal Stuff lot type. What if you added City Living's haunted lot trait? Get a few more ghosts to spawn in, chat with them, find one she can be friends with and ask them to join the household. Perhaps Guidry was so clingy, he was jealous of her attention and keeping the other ghosts away until now.
